Found contents around 3 GB in web server

In my webserver i have found 3 to 4 gb contents under "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportQueue\" can we deleted the same or we have to keep this on server. As this is using 3 to 4 gb space on my production server.
