Hi. I'm doing a school project and my job is to configure a web server using IIS 7. Somebody please help me with this. I'm doing it all alone so it's quite hard and I have to show the work to my supervisor when I'm done with it. I've installed IIS 7 and I've tried watching some videos on youtube. My primary job is to make the files appear as soon as I type in the IP adress or localhost into the adress bar, but I get the following error message:
This website requires you to log in.
The website declined to show this webpage HTTP 403
Most likely causes: This website requires you to log in.
What you can try: Go back to the previous page.

I have no idea why I get this error message when I'm already signed in on the computer as an administrator. I've checked the index file that's supposed to host the site and I've set up the permissions to full control for all administrators and users.I've used Windows Server 2008 R2 instructions on how to do all this but I have the first releaseand I don't know if there's any differences in the steps.
Isn't it these steps:
1) Create a folder in wwwroot
2) Add Virtual Directory and save it in the folder.
3) Create an HTML file and save it in the folder using notepad with a code like this:
<html><head><body>I work!!!!!!!!!!!!</body></html>
4) Type in localhost in the adress bar and you'll see your site.
Some other instructions says it's like this:
1) Create a folder in disc C and save the HTML file in it
2) Create a website with the newly created folder as the physical path.
3) Place the created HTML file as the first priority in default documents.
4) Type in localhost in Explorer and you'll see your site.
