IIS IsapiFilterModule not found

Hi,

I am completed stumped on a issue with IIS, site load up with the below error

HTTP Error 500.0 - Internal Server Error

Module "IsapiFilterModule" could not be found

I've tried checking the application pool .net values and made sure they are correct. I've restarted the server and checked to see if the asp module is installed correctly, and from what I can tell it is.

Can anyone give me some advice or assistance?
