appcmd to add sslflags=2

I can't find a way to setup a site with sslflags=2 with appcmd

we've just moved to using centralized certificate store.

i setup all of my sites using APPCMD add site /name:%1_%2_%3 /bindings:"http/%4:80:%5,https/%4:443:%5" /physicalPath:"E:\WebSites\%1\%2\%3"

but i see no other way to enable centralized certificate store other than opening the GUI of iis and checking off "Use Centralized Certificate Store" in the site bindings.
