Accessing contents of Virtual Directory thru Server Farm

Hi, I'm pretty much a noob when it comes to IIS 7 so I'm hoping the experts out there can help me.  I have an application that is running on 8080 that I access through IIS (on the same host).  I have installed ARR and created a Server Farm listening on port 8080 and I can access the application no problem. (http://hostname/app_name/main.html ) with the default rule that was created.

What I am looking for some guidance on how I can access the contents of a virtual directory.

Under the Default Website on port 80, I've created a Virtual Directory called 'DocsEnglish' pointing to a local folder which contains some user guides.

Once logged into the application the user can access the Help menu to view the User guides.  When they do the URL changes tohttp://hostname/DocsEnglish/english_guide.pdf

As it's configured now I get HTTP Status 404 - /DocsEnglish/english_guide.pdf when trying to access the guides.

What Rewrite rule do I need to put in place so I can serve back the user guide from the Virtual Directory?

Many thanks in advance.
