Disable Forms Authentication on subfolder or Virtual Directory /Applicationhost.config

Hello,

I'm looking to disable the Forms Authentication on subfolder or Virtual Directory through applicationhost.config. I know there is a way to handle it through the application web.config but I want it under applicationhost.config.

Any idea?
