Binding from Default Web Site to Virtual Application

Good Afternoon.

Under the Default Website, I have a virtual application called "test". I created a host header called "test.domain.com" under the Default Web Site bindings and set "test.domain.com" up on the internal DNS server. How can I have "test.domain.com" go to the"test" virtual application?
