Changing the maxRequestEntityAllowed without cmd prompt or IIS Admin

Hi,

I'm trying to find a solution to change the maxRequestEntityAllowed (limit), on a hosted. I do have the IIS admin but the value is locked.
I can change almost everything else using the IIS admin tool but not this value.

So I'm wondering if there is a workaround, because the hosting company doesn't want to increase the 200kb. And when someone wants to upload a picture, this limit kills it.

So maybe I can change it in the webconfig or global.asa file?
