Removing Location tag/block from ApplicationHost.config file

Hello All,

I am trying to write to the ApplicationHost.config file when installing the product and remove the text from the file while uninstalling. I did figure out how to write using AppCmd Set Config, but now I dont know how to clear out the whole location tag block which I created. 

I can remove individual sections using AppCmd Clear Config but I want to remove the whole block. Could you please suggest me something?
